Refunds and Returns

Requests for refunds/returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Late returns will not be considered. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the person returning the order. It is recommended that returned goods are sent Recorded Delivery with proof of postage.

Any goods deemed to be damaged or defective must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. Goods found to be damaged or defective upon receipt will be replaced free of charge. It is the customers responsibility to return these goods, and all return postage charges on goods found to be defective or damaged will be refunded once the goods are received by us.

Any returned goods must be in the original undamaged packaging, and the goods should not have been used. Any returns that do not comply with these requirements will not be refunded.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the customers name, address and order number.
